Our 6-monthly espresso machine front service includes spray plates and seal checks, a full back-flush clean, calcium and scale inspection, and a detailed condition check. This preventative visit helps maintain performance, consistency, and reliability between major services.
Our comprehensive annual service includes removal of your machine and installation of a loan unit to minimise downtime. We carry out a complete strip-down, boiler and pipework descale, full component inspection, professional reassembly, a 3-day bench test, and careful reinstallation on site.
To keep you compliant with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, we provide annual PSSR inspections. This legally required inspection ensures your steam boiler is operating safely, satisfies insurance requirements, and confirms your system remains fully compliant and in safe working order.
To keep you equipment in top condition it is important to use a water filter to protect machine parts from the build up of limescale. Dependant on the usage of your equipment, you should change your water filter every 6 to 12 months.
